Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EIFFLE. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process. We will provide you with a return shipping label if necessary. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
